Liz Kirks - Author
Liz is the proud mother of two amazing girls who are a product of in vitro fertilization. She went through 5 cycles, 8 embryo transfers, 3 clinics, and one miscarriage over the course of her seven-year fertility journey. She now tries to help others by sharing her story and offering support and resources to women who are having similar experiences.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with er family and friends outdoors and in the sun, preferably at beaches in Big Sur and her hometown, Santa Cruz, CA.

Jasmine Alvarado - Illustrator
Jasmine is a taught artist who grew up watching her dad sketch cartoons and designs and would study her grandpa's paintings on the walls. She now shares that same bond over art with her daughter, Rossi. Jasmine draws inspiration from their time spent together making and creating and is influenced by Rossi's unhinged creativity.
Jasmine is following her love for children's illustration and literature by continuing to draw, write, and imagine. She is also dedicated to fostering children's love of art and leads the volunteer-based art program at her daughter's school.
